At InkFolk.in, each product is custom printed and made with care, especially for you. Because our items are personalized and produced on demand, we accept returns only in specific cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged on arrival, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags. Clear photos or videos of the damage may be required to verify the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, minor color variations due to screen settings, or products reported after the 5-day window.
Refunds
Once approved, we may issue a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, depending on product availability.
